2019 Middle East Holy Land Spa

Partner with our global partner, Seeds of Hope, to serve the local community in the Holy Land. Women on the team will create and staff a health retreat day; men will serve the community through construction and projects. This team will participate in at least one community project, doing construction activities such as interior and exterior building, remodeling, maintenance, and painting projects. While the men on the team will focus on construction, women will have the opportunity to show love by treating the local ladies to a day of relaxation full of manicures, pedicures, and facials. In their society, women are often perceived as less than, and as such are rarely, if ever, pampered. No skills are required; you will receive training but most of all, you will help to give them a sense of acceptance, worth, and dignity. Participants should be prepared for very full days of service, with components that are physically demanding.

We need 14 women who enjoy pampering others, developing relationships with other women, and working with children. In addition, we need four men to help with logistics, set-up, and construction projects.
