2018 Middle East - Holy Land Medical
Due to limiting class and religious systems and financial constraints, many people in the community do not have access to quality medical care. Serve on behalf of our global partner, Seeds of Hope, by setting up and staffing a medical clinic that will treat any man, woman, or child in the community desiring medical care—regardless of class or religious affiliation.
We are looking for 16 people - Male and female medical professionals are needed, including medical doctors, physicians' assistants, nurses, ophthalmologists, dentists, physical therapists, and more. Up to four trip participants can be non-medical.

These forms are for reference only and will be sent to sign electronically. Your trip leader will go over the team member Code of Conduct at a team meeting, which will also be included with the forms that you will sign electronically.

Prerequisites
- Application
- All adults must submit to a background check
- Valid Passport - Expiration date must be 6 months after trip return date
- Once selected and approved - you will need to sign Team Covenant/Agreement and Releases
- All team members must agree to the terms of our Team, Financial, Talent, and Medical Agreements, which can be found in the Forms section. Adults will also review the Code of Conduct with the team leader which will be included with the electronic forms that will be signed.
Restrictions
- Must be at least 18 years old
