2017 Haiti Transit 3
Through our partnership with The 410 Bridge, team members will have an opportunity to journey to a beautiful, rural Haitian community and join local youth discipleship leaders to help create a fun environment where children can learn biblical truths through a virtue-based Bible curriculum. Teams will conduct these environments in the local community schools.
We are looking for 20 people who have a heart to serve and use their gifts to show God's love to the people of Haiti (ten students, each with one of their parents).

Team Building Day!!! Required
We will be spending the day at Sojourn engaging in some exciting (and hopefully not too frightening) team building activities! It is going to be an awesome day for us to have fun together as a team and get some real practice on working together! Lunch will be provided and that will be the part of the day when we will address our standard team meeting info including sharing stories, discussing the impact of culture on how we serve, and as always answering any questions you may have.

We are just over one month away from our trip! At this meeting we will be talking a little more about security, prepare our emergency packets, and discuss the importance of preparation.

FINAL PRE-TRIP MEETING!!! Required
This will be our FINAL meeting before we head to Haiti! We will be discussing a more detailed trip itinerary, addressing any questions your have before we travel, and spending some time in prayer for our trip and our team.

Parental Consent Form Required
This form must be filled out and signed for all minors by the non-traveling parent in the presence of a notary. You must submit the original hard copy of the form to global(x).
Minor Team, Financial, Talent, and Medical Agreements Required
These forms are for reference only and will be sent to you to sign electronically.
Requirements
Prerequisites
- Application
- Valid Passport - Expiration date must be 6 months after trip return
- Once selected and approved - you will need to sign Team Covenant/Agreement and Releases
- Adults must submit to a background check
Restrictions
- All students must be involved in Transit
- All students must be in 7th grade during the 2016-2017 school year
- Team is made up of student/parent pairs. One parent per student is eligible to participate
