My journey as a Christian began in 6th grade. I had never experienced God’s presence until a church retreat called “Bootcamp”, with my small group from Browns Bridge. It was at this retreat I was saved, declaring that Jesus died for my sins and I wanted to dedicate my life to Him, as a way to say thanks for God’s sacrifice. A year later, I publicly announced my faith by being baptized! Since then, my relationship with Christ has grown even stronger. One of my favorite Bible verses, Mark 16:15 says, “He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’” That verse has inspired me to take the next step into my faith, by going on a mission trip! I am so thankful that I was selected to go on the Costa Rica mission trip this summer! I am so excited to use my gifts to benefit those who are less fortunate in Costa Rica. But the process has only begun, raising $2,300 dollars is no easy task. So by donating to my page, you will be helping me develop my relationship with Christ, and most importantly assisting those who are in need of help living over 3,200 miles away!
