2024 Kenya - InsideOut 2 - Browns Bridge

• A $150 application fee is due at the time of application and will be applied to each person’s fundraising goal. 
• Minors who will be under the age of 18 at the time of international travel must submit a notarized parental consent form approving travel for all parents/guardians who are not traveling with them.
• A visa is REQUIRED document for entry into Kenya. Any visas that must be obtained prior to traveling are the responsibility of the team member. (Current cost of visa is $59)

About the Journey

Through our partnership with 410 Bridge, this student team will head to Kenya. From snow-capped mountain peaks to extensive forests to wide-open plains, it’s a geographically diverse country situated on the equator in East Africa. Beautiful as it is, a large percentage of Kenya’s population lives below the international poverty line.

This team will work alongside the 410 Bridge staff and the community’s local Leadership Council. The Leadership Council consists of pastors and other respected leaders who are well versed in the needs of their community. They’ll ensure the team’s time is spent in the most impactful ways. 

The team will also lead and participate in lessons and discussions with Kenyan students about topics like education, social issues, and social pressures. They’ll encourage one another to be leaders and influencers in their community for Christ and learn from one another and gain new perspectives. Finally, before the visit is complete, the team will head out on an African safari to experience the beauty of the wildlife!
