About the Journey

The Florida Panhandle is a place where families can find rest, relaxation, and relational connection at a time when they need them most. If you have a heart for service and love the sun and the sand, you can help!

We’re looking for a team of men to work alongside the Lighthouse Family Retreat staff in the logistical preparation for Lighthouse’s fall retreats. These retreats allow families who are living with childhood cancer time to get away to rest, restore relationships, experience joy, and find hope in God. 

The global(x) team will work in the Lighthouse warehouse preparing and loading retreat supplies and materials and then delivering them to several nearby retreat locations. You’ll also help transport and construct tents at the retreat sites. 

Serving on the team, you’ll not only tangibly impact the Lighthouse ministry, but also deepen your own relationships with other team members and develop valuable leadership skills.
