As most of you know, I got the chance to live in Costa Rica with my sweet family for 2 years and serve at Openhouse Church (a North Point partner church). After moving back in 2015, I have missed my friends and family we made down there.
I started serving at Inside Out as a small group leader for 9th grade girls in 2016, so when the opportunity arose to apply to go on this trip, you better believe I jumped at the chance! I hope to be a valuable asset to the team and help with translating, as well as being used as a cultural bridge for the students and the people we go to serve.
I'm looking forward to seeing old familiar faces, and even more excited about the new ones we will encounter and get to love on.
