2020 Kenya Marriage Ministry
About the Journey
Through our partnership with 410 Bridge, this global(x) team will head to Kenya. With snow-capped mountains, extensive forests, and open plains, Kenya is a geographically diverse country located on the equator in eastern Africa.
We want to build a team of engaging, communicative couples who want to share with and serve Kenyan married couples. The team will fly from Atlanta to Nairobi. Upon arrival, team members will take a short ride to a hotel outside the city and spend the night. In the morning, they’ll head to their home base for the week. This team will serve in Ndibai, and depending on the size of the team, possibly a community nearby as well.
This Marriage Ministry team will focus on leading couples through fun, interactive, biblically based lessons on marriage. They will spend time in a small group environment facilitating, sharing testimonies, and discussing the day-to-day challenges and joys of marriage. The team will be able to witness marriage relationships grow stronger and richer as they pour into these local married couples.
Other activities include home visits, community prayer walks, and attending services at a local church.

Visa Required
Due 2/5/2020
A visa is REQUIRED document for entry into Kenya. Any visas that must be obtained prior to traveling are the responsibility of the team member. You should be able to show proof of the visa to your team leader prior to travel.
Requirements
Prerequisites
- Application.
- All adults must submit to a background check.
- Valid Passport - Expiration date must be 6 months after trip return date.
- All team members must agree to the terms of our Releases, which are a part of the trip application. Adults will also review the Code of Conduct which will be sent electronically to be signed.
- A visa is required for entry to Kenya. Instructions and necessary documentation will be provided for the online application process.
Restrictions
- Must be at least 18 years old.
