2019 Costa Rica Woodstock InsideOut
Working with our partner church in Costa Rica, the team will engage in projects such as construction, painting, renovations, and organization. In addition, they will spend time connecting with vulnerable families and children through games, arts, and relationship building.
We are looking for 50 students and leaders who are actively involved in Woodstock City Church InsideOut. Fluent Spanish speakers are great assets, but English-speaking staff are also available to help translate.

In an effort to provide you and your team with best practices for international travel, we host this training. Required for team members who have not attended.

Cabin Retreat Weekend Required
We have rented a cabin for two nights at Yumi Ranch for us to get away and have some fun while also preparing for our trip. The goal is for 100% of the team to be there.
There is a gate to enter the Yumi Ranch property and requires a gate code.
Plan to arrive at 7pm on Friday night and we have to be out by 10:30am on Sunday morning.
Students are allowed to drive themselves or can be dropped off and picked up by parents. We do have 40+ team members so carpooling is definitely encouraged.
There obviously won’t be 40 beds at the cabin so plan to bring a sleeping bag or air mattress if you have one. Other than that, you should pack whatever you would for Vertical Reality, MyLIFE, or THE WALK.
All food will be provided for the weekend including dinner for Friday, all meals on Saturday, and a breakfast/snack for Sunday morning.

- All adults will need to submit to a Background Check
- Valid Passport - Expiration date must be 6 months after trip return date
- All team members must agree to the terms of our Team, Financial, Talent, and Medical Agreements, which can be found in the Forms section. Adults will also review the Code of Conduct with the team leader which will be included with the electronic forms that will be signed
